In the Aerial Hoop courses, everything dances, swings, twisted and revolves around the hoop. The hoop hanging in the air, also called lyra or aerial ring in the circus, provides a whole new dance and acrobatics experience. With this versatile training you not only strengthen your core area, but also your arm and leg areas are stressed at the same time.
Aerial Hoop is one of the courses with registration! Prior registration in our online portal is therefore necessary in order to take part in this course!
Our Aerial Hoop courses are divided into different levels. Please choose your course based on your experience with this training device. Level 1-2 courses are suitable for beginners, for example.
